This website is operated by Muffon, Located at Unit 1/1 Doherty Cl, Warnervale NSW 2259. Throughout the site, the terms "we, "us" and "our" refer to Muffon.

2. products and services 

We offer a variety of baked goods for sale, but not limited to, cookies, muffins and brownies. we also offer catering services for events and special occasions.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

 

3. ordering and payment

- Orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

- Full payment is required at the time of order. 

- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

- Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on baked goods unless there is an error on our part. All orders will be assessed with you (the customer) upon pick up if an item is damaged or you have the incorrect items/order the issue will be rectified with you upon pick up of the order. Once you (the customer) has left our shop with the order, the order will not be subject to a refund.

- Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advanced for a full refund. late cancellations will be non-refundable.

- No shows are also non-refundable

5. Pickup

- We only offer a pickup option.

- It is the customers responsibility to pick up the selected order at the correct time and date that has been selected by you.

6. Allergy Disclaimer 

- All of our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Peanuts, Sesame, Tree nuts and Other nuts.

- It is the Customers responsibility to do their own research on our allergen list. Please do not consume any of our products if you have an allergy to any of our allergens listed. 

- We are not held accountable for any allergic reactions due to a product of ours being consumed, containing and or came into contact with an allergen that has been listed.
